Meliivia values your anticipation for quality home products. All orders will be processed, quality-checked, and packed for shipment within 1-3 business days after successful payment and system verification.

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with order details. If you do not receive this email after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at customer@meliivia.com.

• After shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery progress at any time.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

II. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

The specific shipping method will be determined based on your delivery address and package weight, with common options including standard international postal services and express courier services.

• Standard Shipping: Typically 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance efficiency and local delivery performance in the destination country/region.

• Some remote areas may require an additional 2-5 business days, which is beyond our control as it depends on the carrier's capabilities. We appreciate your understanding.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us through the contact methods on www.meliivia.com or send an email directly to customer@meliivia.com. Our team will assist you in communicating with the carrier and will follow up until the issue is resolved.

III. Shipping Costs

Meliivia adheres to transparent and fair shipping fee rules. All costs are calculated in US dollars (USD). Shipping fees are determined based on the total merchandise value of a single order (excluding taxes and other additional fees), as follows:

• The above shipping rates apply to most countries and regions worldwide. For certain remote addresses or special delivery requirements that involve additional handling, extra shipping fees may apply. We will proactively communicate with you via customer@meliivia.com before shipment.

• Whether an order qualifies for free shipping is determined by the total merchandise value in the shopping cart at checkout, excluding any customs duties, VAT, or import clearance fees.

• If a return reduces the order value below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping fee from your refund (subject to the relevant terms in our Return Policy).

IV. Customs and Duties

During international transit, goods may be subject to inspection by customs authorities in the destination country. Meliivia's shipping fees do not include any import duties, VAT, or other destination clearance charges.

• These fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and depend on the customs policies of the destination country and the product category.

• We recommend that you check with your local customs office before ordering to understand applicable tax rates, so you can make an informed purchasing decision.

• If a package is returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay duties or to provide required clearance documentation, the resulting round-trip shipping and storage fees will be borne by the recipient and deducted from the refund.

V. Shipping Address and Information Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please carefully verify the accuracy of your shipping address, recipient name, contact phone number, and postal code when placing your order.

• Meliivia is not responsible for delivery failures or returns caused by incomplete or incorrect recipient information. Any additional shipping or handling fees incurred as a result will be borne by the customer.

• If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at customer@meliivia.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will assist in correcting it. However, if it has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. We appreciate your understanding.

We recommend using a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the package, and please keep an eye on delivery notifications. If the package is held at a local post office or courier depot due to missed delivery, please arrange for pickup promptly to avoid return due to storage time limits.

VI. Shipping Exceptions

Although we work closely with reliable logistics partners, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur during international shipping (e.g., extreme weather, customs inspections, flight adjustments). In such cases, Meliivia will:

1. Notify you of known delays via email in a timely manner;

2. Proactively coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue;

If the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not actually received the package, please first check with the local delivery depot or pickup point. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date so we can initiate a carrier investigation. Requests made beyond this timeframe may affect the investigation outcome due to carrier data retention policies, and we ask for your cooperation.
